Coming in December:
Dance workshops (Regency and waltz) in New York City, a holiday waltz in Boston, blues and waltz in New Haven, and Jane Austen's Birthday Dance!

Darkovercon is not exactly a "private event" - people are welcome to pay their money to get in for your dance, unless the con fills.

Dan:
They can't just pay for the dance or come in just for the dance; they have to purchase a full con membership, which is, um, wildly excessive to just do a brief bit of dancing. It's not a dance event in general.
